Need help?
While we are all willing to help you with a problem that you may have, like any office, some are more expert in an area than another. When calling us, the receptionist will be able to assist you with making appointments, taking messages, etc, or by directing your call to the most appropriate person.
Appointments
All of our receptionists can make appointments for you; it is important that you are specific about your child’s medical needs so the most appropriate time will be allotted to address your concerns.
For email convenience of non-urgent requests:tpcappointments@ntinet.com
For more information, visit our Appointments section of our website.
Medical Concerns
The receptionist may triage your medical questions to a nurse; if all nurses are busy with patient care, the receptionist will get your name and number. Be sure to let the receptionist know if you believe that you have an urgent concern.
Non-urgent concerns may also be addressed by email: thepediatricclinic@ntinet.com
Additionally, we have included some of our favorite links and references which can serve as an excellent resource for you.
Medication Refills
Refills require a 24-hour notice, a current physical examination (within the past year for most prescriptions, within six months for ADHD refills), and your account balance in good standing. Please submit your medication refill request on our web site, or email us at tpcrefills@ntinet.com.
